yeah all we did was visit my relatives.. paternal then maternal. pretty boring. talk talk and laugh and not much. and yeah indonesia's stuff is real cheap. you know the exchange rate from rupiah to singdollar is now aruound 6700 to 1, but just take it as 7000. one pack of cigarettes cost 9500. in that's ten times cheaper than that of singapore.. well of course the government made it exp so less people would smoke, but think of it another way- the people selling the cigarettes will earn more, so they'll sell more, while those smokers are addicted and will still buy.. ah what am i blabbering.
yeah, so pretty much we were gawking at prices.
and there are more motorcycles than cars there.
and it's mostly shophouses there. barely any malls..
oh well it's a miracle i survived.
3 hour car trips... from pakam to kisaran...
yeah something funny happened in the car trip. there was this ambulance speeding (probably someone injured and critical condition) there was even a police car in front of it! it was like overtaking everybody. then behind them was like 4 cars, probably involved in it to. then we also followed and pretended to be part of it.. like the string of cars were going at what, above 100kmph. haha then when we reached the town the ambulance and 3 other cars went one direction (hospital) then our car and another one just went on another direction.. xD
i can't remember much. crap.
